We are now at Gordon's in Sydney. Last night we went to a charity concert at Concord hospital next to the Paramatta branch of the harbour. It was wonderful!
This morning up at 7.00 for a swim, and then check of the Championship results to find Burnley have won 2-1. Great!

UAE
We have had an exiting time in UAE. We landed in Dubai and used the brand new airport terminal - 2nd day of use - a fantastic building.
Liza met us at the airport and took us to their house in a lovely development with pool and tennis. Temperature reasonable but in the 30's.
We have toured Dubai and the changes are just unbelievable, but sadly not really for the better i many cases.
We then drove to Al Ain which has not changed as much, but we cant remember how to get around any more. Most of the roundabout distinctive sculptures have disappeared. There is a new Mall with ice rink on the ground floor.
Today we have to sort out a taxi to get us to Dubai first thing tomorrow.

Start
Its Tuesday 28th October. We are waiting for Maurice to take us to the airport. We will have a huge wait at Manchester, and hopefully will take off at about 8.00pm. We arrive in Dubai about 7.00 local time. We should be staying at the Green Community in Dubai for a couple of days, and then will probably go to Al Ain.
